Gerardo Alvarado

Mr. Gerardo Alvarado is the Executive Director of Cause Populi, a leading marketing agency for nonprofits headquartered in Miami. Prior to forming Cause Populi, Mr. Alvarado served most recently as the Dean of the Business School of a regionally accredited doctoral level University, as well as Marketing Director for one of the 20 largest regionally accredited research universities in the US. He has taught Marketing, Strategy, and Internet Marketing at the University level for the last ten years. Mr. Alvarado has consulted with small, medium and large enterprises in the education, technology and consumer sectors. He occupied executive positions in international consulting and business organizations in Latin America and the United States. Mr. Alvarado holds a Master of Business Administration from the prestigious American University in Washington, DC, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marymount University.
